Sovereignty and Seduction is a weekend workshop that helps women connect to their true sensual and erotic nature. The workshop is my passion project and after a year away, I'll be back this September co-leading with Hannah Abend in London.

Some of us cling to control of how we perceived physically - we feel our body is letting us down and we need to perfect it. We focus on losing that extra ten pounds, ‘only then’ will we be ready for happiness and success. Some of us cling to control of how we’re perceived mentally, we need to be seen as successful, intelligent, top of the class, first in line for promotion, and it keeps us small.

A hell yes is a full-hearted, unequivocal, no-holds-barred YES. It could be a yes to a specific act, to a place, to a person, to an idea, or even to a sensation. It’s something you know that you deeply want in your life. 

Being in approval of who you are, your choices and your life as it is right now has the power to completely transform the way you see yourself.

Last Friday I spoke at Women’s Health Live on a panel titled “Let’s talk about sex: Why aren’t you coming?”.

As I reflect on it, the moment that stands out for me is the discussion we had about better communication with our partners, and the importance of creating space for that real vulnerability and depth.

The word “best” to me conjures a destination you have to get to and then you’ll be perfect. And that, just is not what we’re doing at Electric Woman.

When I think about what makes an Electric Woman ‘Electric’ I always come back to the notion of ‘Soft Power’ – it’s something I see every woman deeply long for.
